From the Gardens -

Chestnuts - Just started dropping from the tree $3/pound

Potatoes - Red, White and Blue $3/pound

Jerusalem Artichokes - An inulin rich "potato" $2/pound

Golden Raspberries - Firm, plump and delicious - $6/pint

Herbs - I have spearmint, peppermint, oregano, rosemary, lemon balm and chives. $1/each -in baggie

 

From the Apiary:

Kombucha-  Made with Organic Green and Black Tea, Non-GMO Sugar, and cultures. Full of beneficial Probiotic bacteria. Flavors of the week are Ginger or Golden Raspberry $6/quart $10/ half-gal

Lavender Water Keifer - fermented juice, naturally carbonated & delicious full of probiotics $5/quart $10/ half-gallon

Ginger Water Keifer - Ginger syrup added to water keifer. Lots of probiotic goodness. $5/quart

 

 

From the Salad Bar:       $6/pint.

Broccoli Cranberry Salad - Chopped raw broccoli with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, red onion, smoked dulse and dried cranberries.

Roasted Cauliflower - with Arugula, Pasta, Bulgarian Feta and Kalamata olives.

Chickpea Mango - With lots of fresh and roasted peppers, cilantro, lime, spices.
Keen Green Quinoa - Quinoa, Green Apples, Green Grapes, Green Onions, Edamame, Walnuts,  Lots of herbs.
 

From the Kitchen - Meals

Salmon & Potato Cakes.  Wild caught Salmon, new potatoes, onions, celery, capers and herbed cornmeal.  $8/serving (ask for raw or sautéed in butter)

Chicken Burrito Bowl - Seasoned chicken, Spinach, Cauliflower "rice", black beans, red onions, shredded cheese & salsa $10/bowl

Vegan Burrito Bowl - Seasoned Tempeh, Spinach, Cauliflower "rice", black beans, red onions, shredded nut cheese & salsa $10/bowl

Brassica's w/ a crunch - Kale and brussel sprouts with cashews and cranberries.  A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a simple lemon/EVOO dressing. $10/bowl

Red Lentil Soup - With lots of veggies, including Kale, chickpeas, black beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic, celery and a coconut milk base.  $6/pint  $10/quart

African Peanut Stew - A thick soup with sweet potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes, peanuts, kale, beans, and spices. $6/pint  , $10/quart

Roasted Veggies - Chef's selection of veggies.  $5/pint

Raspberry Zucchini Bread - Golden Raspberries and our own squash in a moist loaf. $5/ mini loaf

Jalapeno Corn Bread - A moist, spicy corn bread. $5/mini - loaf

Amazing Granola Bars - Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Coconut, Sesame, Flax, Chia, Hemp hearts, raisins, Maple Syrup &  coconut oil - dipped in quality dark chocolate. $3.00/ each Vegan, gluten-free

Dessert:

Golden Rice Pudding - Jasmine rice with Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon & Cardamom spices. Contains eggs and dairy. $4/pint, $2/ half-pint

Peach Crumble Bars - An oat crust, lots of filling and an oat topping. $2/bar (Gluten Free Version $3/bar)

 

Banana Nut "Ice Cream" - Using only bananas, nuts, and a hint of maple syrup. $5/pint

Mixed Fruit Crisp - Chef's choice of fruit baked with a crumb topping. (Gluten free available also) $10/ tin

 

Gingersnaps - A soft molasses cookie with loads of Ginger, (powdered, ground and chunks of crystallized ginger) $10 /dozen

Golden Raspberry Scones - Freshly picked raspberries in a moist scone.  Topped with Chambord  icing.  $10/4 scones

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies - A recipe with 5 ingredients. Peanut butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and vanilla  $10/dozen

 

Full Fruit/Veg  Juices:    $5/pint $10/quart
Bloody Mary - Tomato, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, lemon and celery seed.  A mix for you to combine with the ETOH of your choice, Or Not 
 
Peach, Cantaloupe, Mango - A thick blend of three fruits, lime, lemon verbena, and a touch of organic sugar
Minted Honeydew - Melons, cucumbers, lemon and fresh mint
Raspberry & Strawberry Watermelon - Lots of berries with watermelon and a bit of lemon.  No sweeteners added
Gingered Pineapple -  We juice fresh pineapples and make a syrup with fresh ginger.  The two are combined for healthy deliciousness.  
 
 
Lemonades -  Made with Organic Lemons, Organic Sugar and real fruit or spices to flavor.    $8/quart
Coconut Chai Lemonade - A lemonade filled with rich spices 
Lavender Lemonade - A favorite at the Farm Stands
Raspberry Lemonade - We live on a Raspberry farm - this is our own fruit.
