Menu for the Week ending March 27th

Hi Folks, What can you do with your time when work is at a standstill, the gym is closed and you can't spend time with your favorite people? Time to enjoy the outdoors and go on hikes. Or time to work in the gardens. Or time to read that great book that you've been putting off. This house arrest has been hard on everyone - but looking at it as an unexpected vacation may bring you much more peace and contentment! In the meantime, I've picked some delicious, nutritious items to cook for you this week. Thanks for keeping us in business! - Lois
