Beluga Lentil salad w/ Grapes - We made this for the first time last week. I thought it was great. So I'm making it again. Small black lentils with these really cool long grapes I found. The lentils will be sprouted. other flavors are citrus, scallions and maple.
Fermented Veggies - I have 1/2 gallon jar of veggies doing the fermentation thing. There are carrots, cabbage, beets, turnips, celeriac, peppers, and maybe something I forgot to write down. They have been fermenting for about two months now.
Salmon & Potato Cakes. Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon, potatoes, onions, celery, capers and spiced cornmeal. $6/serving
