Strawberry Chocolate Chia Pudding - Bottom layer is chocolate hummus and coconut milk!, middle layer is almond milk, chia and maple syrup, top layer is cooked local strawberries. (I know chocolate hummus sounds weird - but give it a try - quite yummy in this dish)
Ginger Peach Chia Pudding - Ginger /Turmeric Chia Pudding topped with a homemade local peach reduction.
Sweet Potato/ Pecan Overnight oats. Almond milk, roasted sweet potatoes, oats and maple syrup. Topped with toasted pecans. New recipe - looks great!

Asian Mason Jar Salad - This layered salad has soba noodles, red cabbage, peppers, scallions, carrots, sesame seeds and a spicy peanut dressing.
Protein Mason Jar Salad - Chickpeas, Quinoa, Peppers, seeds, kale and a peppercorn/Parmesan dressing.
Curried Chicken Salad - Roasted chicken with celery, apples, walnuts, grapes, mayonnaise and curry. Served over a bed of greens.

Spiced Red Lentil, Tomato and Kale soup - Introduced to me by my Foodie son, Matthew. He makes it all the time, and it is delicious. A thick soup with three types of beans, lots of veggies and a rich broth.

Pulled Pork Bowl - Slow cooked pork dished over Cuban rice and beans. $9/bowl

Amazing Granola Bars - Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Coconut, Sesame, Flax, Chia, Hemp hearts, raisins, Maple Syrup & coconut oil - dipped in quality dark chocolate. $3.00/ each Vegan, gluten-free
Chestnut Truffles - Our own roasted chestnuts, combined with dates, cocoa powder and nut butters. Dipped in quality chocolate and rolled in a variety of nuts, coconut, or chopped fruit. $10/dozen
Flourless Sweet Potato Brownies - with Peanut Butter and Chocolate chips. Made these for the first time last week. They look sort of funny - but the flavor, moistness, and texture was great! $2/each
Golden Rice Pudding - A creamy pudding with healthy/delicious spices. $4/ pint.
Raspberry Scones - My own berries in a moist delicious scone. Barely any sweetening in scone. Can be topped with Chambourd Icing - or not. $10/ 4 scones.
