Hi Folks, As my grandmother before me did, I'm
spending a lot of time collecting and grinding leaves to add to my garden beds. Will happily accept any bagged leaves that you would be willing to bring to our kitchen when you pick up your order!

soup with all the ingredients of stuffed cabbage, but a less labor intensive recipe.

Salad- Lots of chopped raw
veggies topped with a spicy peanut dressing.GF So many people like this one, I think I'll just keep it as a staple on the menu.
Sprouted Lentils- Black beluga lentils sprouted, then combined with nuts, dried fruits and herbs. People often use it as a salad topper. I enjoy it by the
spoonful as a snack.
Broccoli Cranberry - Elana asked, and we are happy to provide! Finely Chopped broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and smoked dulse in a
Ukrainian Cabbage - This one is for Timothy! A lacto-fermentation of Cabbage, peppers, carrots and
onions. With pickling spices.
Squash and Spinach Lasagna-Ricotta,spinach & spices tucked in the pasta - covered with a flavorful butternut sauce.
French Onion Pot Roast - Using Beef from Cassie at Twin Brook Farm. Slow Roasted with onions and
spices. Served over garlic mashed potatoes. $16/ tin (Should serve 2 generously)
Autumn Frittata - Leeks, Eggplants and Potatoes with a sprinkling of sage in this crustless quiche. GF $12/ generous slice

Dry Roasted Granola - This used to be a
staple at our stand. Lots of nuts and seeds combined with oats and a sprinkling of dried fruit. Lightly sweetened. $7/ pound container
Autumn Apple Brownies
- Butterscotch brownies with chunks of apples wedged in the top. $3/ bar
Amazing Granola Bars- Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Coconut, Sesame, Flax, Chia, Hemp hearts,

Water Keifer - Another culture. It carbonates itself through the fermentation process.
Flavors available - Lavender, Ginger or Raspberry. $6/quart
Ginger Beer - Yet another culture - new batch. Ingredients Ginger, Sugar, a bit of cinnamon &
cardamom, and water. That's it!!! Fermenting on the counter as I type. I'll test it first for carbonation. $6/quart
JUICES: All our juices can be used as mixers for your next gathering! $5/pint $10/quart
MARY - Tomato, Lemon, Horseradish, Celery. Worcestershire, Olive
Strawberry Rhubarb - Pie
in a cup. With our own rhubarb.
Minted Honeydew Juice- Melon, Cucumber, Mints, Lemon Juice & a
Peach, Cantaloupe, Mango
Juice - Ground fruit, lemon and a little sugar.
Lavender Lemonade - Our own lavender,
organic lemon juice and stevia/sugar blend
Gingered Pineapple Juice - Freshly
juiced pineapple to which we add a ginger syrup that we prepare.
Raspberry, Strawberry & Watermelon
Juice - No added sweeteners. Lots of fruit!
Raspberry Lemonade-Our own Raspberries,water, organic lemon juice, sugar

As a service to you, fellow mushroom lovers, you
can pick up your mushrooms on Friday when you pickup your order at my kitchen. For the Sparta customers, I can bring them to Sparta with your order. Marley's mushrooms will be paid separately.
