I have met many people who want to eat healthier, but don't have the time or knowledge to eat as well as they would like. I offer soups, salads, entrees, and desserts made with a minimum of ingredients. I use produce from my own gardens whenever possible. I do like to play with food. So I am constantly on the prowl for delicious, nutritious recipes. The selections vary from week to week, but if you really like something just let me know and I'll put it on another menu soon.

Hi Folks, Spring is just around the corner, and the hoop houses are ready to go. Seedlings are in every available spot. We are gearing up for the Farm Markets and Festivals. Our displays are getting a fresh coat of paint, and we are testing new recipes to delight your palate. Thanks for keeping us busy through the cold months. - Lois
