I have met many people who want to eat healthier, but don't have the time or knowledge to eat as well as they would like. I offer soups, salads, entrees, and desserts made with a minimum of ingredients. I use produce from my own gardens whenever possible. I do like to play with food. So I am constantly on the prowl for delicious, nutritious recipes. The selections vary from week to week, but if you really like something just let me know and I'll put it on another menu soon.

Jerusalem Artichokes - A potato substitute. Can be eaten raw or fried or roasted. Contains a starch called Inulin. Considered particularly healthy for diabetics. $2/pound

Thai Red Lentil Soup - Lentils, Garbonzos, Black beans, tomatoes, Coconut milk and lots of spices. Made a huge batch. In frozen form now - just thaw and heat ! $5/pint $10/quart
Butternut Lasagna Roll Ups - Sauteed Greens, Homemade Ricotta, my own sage and some store mozzarella rolled into a lasagna noodle. Topped with a butternut squash sauce. $5/serving
Roasted Cauliflower w/ Feta - A salad/side dish with roasted cauliflower, orzo, feta, kalamata olives & spinach. $6/pint
