I have met many people who want to eat healthier, but don't have the time or knowledge to eat as well as they would like. I offer soups, salads, entrees, and desserts made with a minimum of ingredients. I use produce from my own gardens whenever possible. I do like to play with food, so I am constantly on the prowl for delicious, nutritious recipes. The selections vary from week to week, but if you really like something just let me know and I'll put it on another menu soon.
