We now have four 30 foot long hoop houses growing greens for us year round.  They are currently filled with many, many seedlings.  We are harvesting corn mache, spinach, tatsoi and claytonia this week.


We have LOTS of  Red, Black and Golden Raspberry plants.  

We also have grapes, blueberries, red and black currants, blackberries and  gooseberries. 

And, we have 60 rhubarb plants used in our Strawberry Rhubarb Juice and various desserts.


We are blessed with enough space for  17 varieties of apples, 6 different pear trees, plums, chestnuts, cherries and peach trees.  This was an amazing year for pears and peaches.  The apple trees are still fairly young - not much fruit yet.   The Chestnut tree gave us 50# of delicious nuts! 


We have many acres of land, with gardens all over the yards. In addition to our greens and fruit, we typically grow tomatoes, cucumbers, nettles, broccoli, summer & winter squashes, potatoes, sorrell, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, beets, beans,and herbs
